Ingredients

  • 11 oz ChocZero sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 6 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
  • Optional toppings: nuts, sugar-free chocolate chips, keto sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line 8×8″ pan with parchment and spray with oil.

Whisk eggs until frothy (3–5 minutes).

Melt chocolate in microwave in 30-second bursts. Let cool slightly.

Combine chocolate with eggs slowly while whisking.

Pour into pan, add toppings if desired.

Bake 30–35 mins or until center slightly jiggles.

Cool completely before slicing.
