Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Grill or air-fry chicken breast until cooked through, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the Base: In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until warm and creamy.
- Add the Chicken: Stir in the cooked chopped chicken, then microwave again for 30–45 seconds until heated through and melty.
- Top and Serve: Garnish with green onions or serve with celery sticks or low-carb chips. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
