Ingredients
- 1–1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef (85/15 preferred)
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
- 3 cups cubed frozen potatoes (or fresh, diced small)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine cooked beef with condensed mushroom soup, condensed cheddar cheese soup, cubed potatoes, and half the shredded cheddar. Add salt and pepper and stir well.
